Sales Director – B2B

About the role

The Sales Director – B2B will lead the company’s commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding market share across both public and private sectors. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees a sales team, strategic accounts and partnership development for technology and consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy, set annual targets and KPIs, and identify growth markets.
• Lead business development activities, acquire new clients, negotiate contracts and close strategic deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and manage strategic accounts.
• Mentor and manage the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Prepare sales forecasts, revenue plans and executive performance reports while ensuring commercial compliance.
• Collaborate with technical, consulting, marketing, finance and legal teams to deliver tailored proposals and support new service development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and business development experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the information technology sector.
