Sales Director

About the role

The Sales Director will lead the development and management of major accounts across a wide range of sectors, including Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Construction, Industrials, Media, IT, Telecom, Health and Education. The role is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships, driving sales forecasting, formulating short‑ and long‑term strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with major accounts across multiple verticals, acting as the single point of contact for all services.
• Negotiate contract terms, durations, discounts and closures to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Create detailed account sales strategies and plans for each managed account.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Business Development on RFP responses.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing services and introducing new offerings to key accounts.
• Coordinate short‑ and long‑term account plans with internal stakeholders, including Product Management and Marketing.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and timely activation.
• Manage logistical contract activities and monitor order fulfillment, procurement and delivery.
• Monitor and resolve technical, operational or logistic issues during service activation.
• Track customer trouble tickets, complaints and billing disputes, logging them in the CRM.
• Lead major tender processes and coordinate contractual agreements with regulatory, legal and corporate affairs units.
• Support supply‑chain operations for device provisioning and service activation.
