Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager

About the role

The Sales Engineer will develop strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The focus is on industrial customers in the Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation and Data Communication sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key industrial clients.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the target sectors.
• Present technical solutions, select appropriate products and prepare quotations.
• Conduct frequent on‑site visits and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers such as Weidmüller, Phoenix Contact, WAGO, Connectwell and Bartec.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or Data Communications engineering.
• 5–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of process, energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, machinery or transportation industries.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and a valid Saudi driving licence (preferred).
