Sales Engineer – Construction Solutions

About the role

PERI is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales of its formwork and scaffolding solutions across Saudi Arabia. The role combines commercial acumen with a solid understanding of construction processes to support customers from initial inquiry through project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, delivering technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics and finance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company pricing and approval procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, technical sales or construction‑related roles.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sales processes and contract basics.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and project workflows.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
