Sales Engineer – Diesel Generators & Power Solutions

About the role

Bena energy is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to promote diesel generators, synchronization systems, electrical panels, transformers and related power solutions across Saudi Arabia. You will work directly with contractors, industrial firms, construction companies and government clients to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to contractors, consultants, industrial sites and project locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers and key accounts.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare, present and follow up on technical and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Track projects from inquiry through order confirmation and delivery.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming projects.
• Maintain an accurate CRM database and produce regular sales reports.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in generators, electrical equipment or power solutions.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market and relevant business sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated.
