Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

The Sales Executive is the front‑line representative of the BYD brand in Saudi Arabia, responsible for delivering monthly vehicle sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sales targets for new and used vehicles in line with dealership and brand objectives.
• Drive Finance & Insurance (F&I) product sales, extended warranties, accessories, and trade‑in conversions.
• Maintain a strong pipeline across walk‑in, phone and digital enquiries, following structured sales processes from needs analysis to closing.
• Capture accurate customer data (Iqama/National ID, contact details, preferences) in CRM/DMS systems.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives and follow‑up activities to improve conversion rates.
• Stay up‑to‑date on vehicle specifications, pricing, marketing campaigns, competitor offerings and market trends.
• Complete all mandatory OEM and dealership training programmes.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to convey vehicle features effectively.
• Ability to manage leads, negotiate and close sales while adhering to dealership and OEM standards.
• Commitment to delivering a high‑quality customer experience and maintaining brand reputation.
