Sales Executive – Automotive Spare Parts

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of our private‑label automotive spare parts across assigned territories. You will be responsible for expanding distribution, acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of private‑label spare parts (batteries, filters, brake pads, lubricants, shock absorbers, etc.) to resellers, workshops, fleets and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, monitoring trends and adjusting product mix, pricing and promotions.
• Identify and acquire new customers while nurturing relationships with existing accounts to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
• Provide product training, presentations and walk‑throughs for key customers.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics and supply‑chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Track competitor activity, collect market feedback and report on sales performance using CRM tools.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and market visits to raise brand awareness.
• Follow up on customer collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience selling automotive spare parts, preferably private‑label or FMCG.
• Strong commercial understanding of market dynamics, customer segments and pricing models.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
