Sales Executive – Commercial Tires (TBR)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by selling Truck, Bus and Radial (TBR) tires to commercial fleets, logistics firms and corporate accounts across Riyadh and Dammam.

Key responsibilities

• Secure new corporate contracts with transport, logistics and construction companies.
• Manage and expand the sales pipeline across both Riyadh and Dammam hubs.
• Advise fleet managers on the best TBR tire models based on load, road conditions and wear patterns.
• Conduct regular fleet inspections and client visits to ensure high satisfaction and repeat orders.
• Meet or exceed monthly volume, revenue and profit‑margin targets.
• Oversee credit tracking and ensure timely collections from corporate clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi TBR tire market.
• Established network of fleet buyers and transport companies in Riyadh and Dammam.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between the Central and Eastern provinces.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a major advantage.

Required skills

• Deep TBR product knowledge (tread patterns, compounding, casing life).
• Scrap tire and fleet analysis, including diagnosing premature failures and calculating cost‑per‑kilometre.
• Application matching for long‑haul, regional, on/off‑road, steer, drive and trailer axles.
• Understanding of the retreading process to maximise casing value.
• B2B value selling, new‑business prospecting and high‑stakes negotiation.
• Credit and risk management to evaluate client creditworthiness and enforce collections.
