Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the full range of the company's products to assigned customers, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring accurate order processing. This role involves regular visits to customers, handling complaints, and supporting the sales team with documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the company's product portfolio to assigned customers and report competitor activity.
• Implement planograms and manage special order requests.
• Collect invoices according to the company's aging policy.
• Prepare documentation for call cycles and business reviews before market visits.
• Identify and report new customer opportunities to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and forward them to the sales team leader.
• Present daily orders and collections to the team leader or accountant.
• Process return forms for defective products with supervisor approval.
• Report unresolved problems or objections to the team leader.
• Conduct quarterly account reconciliations and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform inventory checks during visits, covering warehouses and shelves.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar sales or field‑service role.
