Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will promote the full range of our products to assigned customers, following channel guidelines and ensuring strong business relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling orders, special requests and market visits to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers, adhering to group channel guidelines.
• Gather and report competitor activity, providing suggestions for counter‑measures.
• Prepare special order requests (prices, designs, approvals, MOQs) and obtain necessary approvals from both customer and company.
• Generate SPOs for full‑quantity production, avoiding warehouse stock unless authorized.
• Collect invoices in line with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare documentation for market visits, call cycles and business reviews.
• Maintain professional relationships, revisit lost customers and explore opportunities to regain business.
• Open new accounts in JDE or CRM, ensuring all required documentation (VAT, CR, address, etc.) is complete.
• Transition accounts to the ECOM online platform, train customers and monitor usage.
• Identify and register new potential customers, closing gaps with appropriate product combinations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Acceptable level of English.
• Basic computer literacy.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role.

• JDE (Enterprise Resource Planning system).
• CRM software.
• ECOM online sales platform.
