Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for The Ritz-Carlton hotels in Riyadh by proactively targeting new and existing business segments. This role focuses on generating leads, securing group and transient bookings, and supporting pricing strategy to meet topline goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across small‑business accounts, corporate clients, and past leads.
• Coordinate internal mining efforts and collaborate with Property Sales Leaders, General Managers, and local/US sales teams.
• Develop and execute competitive sales strategies, including pricing and market intelligence.
• Manage the sales funnel using available systems and ensure effective account deployment.
• Support property‑specific initiatives such as group, catering, and transient sales.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or related fields, OR a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: 4‑year degree and prior experience in proactive lead generation within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel business segments and the broader hospitality industry.
