Sales Executive

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world's largest hotel groups, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its sales team in Riyadh. The role supports the smooth running of the sales department, where proactive sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue is maximised, while also responding promptly to guest enquiries and helping resolve problems.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales department so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved
• Work as part of a team that maximises guest satisfaction, giving prompt responses to enquiries and resolving issues
• Carry out assigned duties in a timely and professional way
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and attain productivity and performance levels
• Build effective working relationships and promote company culture and values
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, with documentation for internal and external audits and follow-up as required

Required profile

• Saudi nationality
• Experience in sales within international hotels
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Personal integrity and strong communication skills

• Experience working with IT systems on various platforms
