Sales Executive – Transport & Logistics

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive growth of our transport and logistics services by acquiring new corporate clients and nurturing long‑term relationships. You will act as a trusted logistics partner, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs while achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across industrial, retail, contracting and other target sectors.
• Build and manage a client portfolio, fostering long‑term business relationships.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals; negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets (KPIs).
• Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain sales reports and manage the pipeline through the CRM system.
• Participate in tenders and prepare quotations for major clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transport and logistics sales or B2B sales (transport sector preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Knowledge of the transport and logistics market in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for fieldwork.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
