Sales Manager – Brownfield

About the role

The Sales Manager – Brownfield will lead sales growth for alfanar Electric’s brownfield projects, overseeing planning, customer engagement and revenue generation while ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivery capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets and customers.
• Drive pipeline development, opportunity conversion and recurring revenue growth.
• Own sales performance against budget, including revenue, margins and profitability.
• Monitor sales results and initiate corrective actions to address performance gaps.
• Support pricing strategies, quotations and commercial negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contract clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between sold scopes and execution capabilities.
• Ensure accurate sales documentation, proposals and contracts, and manage order booking in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management within industrial, electrical or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to address client concerns.
• Capability to monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Effective coordination with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless handover of awarded contracts.
