Sales Manager – Control Panel / BMS / ELV / Electrical

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive sales of control panel, building management system (BMS), extra‑low voltage (ELV) and electrical solutions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this individual‑contributor role focuses on implementing sales strategies, achieving targets and nurturing customer relationships to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Follow and improve sales SOPs, providing feedback for departmental processes.
• Cover the market area through regular client visits and as‑needed assignments.
• Develop business plans, explore new market segments and assess feasibility as directed by senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with end‑users and major contractors on special assignments.
• Create and execute sales strategies for projects, maintain an accurate project pursuit list, and ensure professional interface with customers across pre‑sales, sales and post‑sales phases.
• Conduct daily visits to customer sites, project locations and engineering consultants to guarantee fulfillment of commitments.
• Achieve annual bidding and sales targets, ensuring volume and gross margin align with company guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in technical sales roles.
• Proven track record of implementing sales strategies and meeting targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective time‑management skills.
