Sales Manager – F&B / Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Food & Beverage and specialty coffee sales in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on B2B client acquisition, relationship management, and driving revenue growth across corporate, hospitality, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retailers.
• Establish partnerships and commercial opportunities within the specialty coffee sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Upsell and expand business with existing clients.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the F&B industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven B2B sales track record and business development success.
• Established network in the Saudi F&B market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
