Sales Manager – F&B / Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Food & Beverage and specialty coffee sales efforts in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on B2B business development, client relationship management, and expanding our market presence across corporate, hospitality, and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture new B2B clients throughout the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, retailers, and other F&B businesses.
• Create partnerships and commercial opportunities within the specialty coffee sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver regular forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the Saudi F&B industry, preferably in specialty coffee or café brands.
• Established network and strong connections within the Saudi F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
