Sales Manager – F&B / Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Food & Beverage and specialty coffee sales in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on B2B business development, building relationships with corporate clients, hotels, cafés and retailers, and driving revenue growth across the Riyadh market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify, acquire and manage new B2B clients across the Saudi market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with corporate accounts, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and retailers.
• Negotiate, close deals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account management.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, provide forecasts and regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in the F&B industry within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven B2B sales track record and strong business development mindset.
• Established network and connections in the Saudi F&B market, especially specialty coffee.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
