Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding & Warehousing

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead growth in our freight forwarding and warehousing business. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for freight forwarding and warehousing services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the logistics client portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and supply‑chain partners.
• Promote and sell air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams for efficient execution.
• Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply‑chain services.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing services.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Understanding of the Saudi logistics market and supply‑chain industry.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
