About the role
The Sales Manager will lead the sales activities for Prime Hotels’ Riyadh cluster, which includes Prime Al Hamra Hotel, Midhall Apartments in Qurtubah and upcoming projects. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on building corporate relationships, achieving revenue targets and enhancing the brand’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate accounts and strategic business partnerships across the Riyadh cluster.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for each property.
- Support marketing initiatives and propose creative promotional ideas.
- Negotiate and administer corporate contracts, including government sector agreements.
- Conduct regular field visits in the Al Hamra and Qurtubah areas to nurture client relationships.
- Represent Prime Hotels professionally in all client interactions.
Required profile
- Proven hotel sales experience in Riyadh, particularly in the Al Hamra and Qurtubah areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to work in the field and build lasting relationships.
- Professional appearance and ability to represent the brand.
