About the role
Madar, a Saudi digital logistics platform, is looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen its market position in the logistics technology sector. The role will develop targeted sales strategies, manage the sales pipeline, and secure key accounts while ensuring cross‑departmental coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across relevant industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with key accounts and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high‑quality client experience.
- Monitor market trends to uncover and pursue new growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of sales experience, preferably in software, logistics, or technology services.
- Master's degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.
- Preferred professional certifications such as CSP, CPSL, SAMA, or CSE.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership abilities.
