Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business and developing lasting client relationships for Proven in Riyadh. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, presenting managed‑service solutions, and closing deals with corporate accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, outreach, and client meetings.
• Identify target companies, pitch services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business‑development experience, preferably in the managed‑service sector.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, cold‑calling, and corporate account acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
