Sales Manager – KSA (IT & Engineering Services)

About the role

The Sales/Growth Manager will lead business development and sales activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on IT and bespoke engineering services. The role covers the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the KSA market.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, lead generation, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Expand the company’s presence by spotting emerging market trends and adapting strategies.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches that clearly communicate service value.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and marketing teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as revenue growth, sales cycle progress, and client retention.
• Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals.
• Travel within KSA for client meetings and industry events as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in IT or bespoke engineering services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the KSA region.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including key industry players and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
