Sales Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for our logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation and 3PL solutions in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on B2B client acquisition, key‑account management and achieving revenue targets across integrated logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, approach and secure new B2B clients in logistics, supply chain, warehousing and transportation sectors.
• Promote and sell integrated solutions including warehousing, transportation, distribution, freight forwarding, 3PL and supply chain services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and report regularly to management.
• Expand services within existing accounts and conduct market research to monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation or 3PL.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Established network of corporate clients in the Saudi Arabian market (highly preferred).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
