Sales Manager - Packaging

About the role

Peergrowth is supporting a leading flexible packaging manufacturer in Saudi Arabia and seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth of its packaging portfolio across the Kingdom. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on expanding the customer base, strengthening key accounts and delivering profitable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for flexible packaging solutions.
• Identify and convert new market opportunities, driving revenue and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with FMCG, food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, personal care and industrial customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, quotations, negotiations, order closure and collections.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to management.
• Grow and cross‑sell within key accounts, increasing customer share.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to capture emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical, production and commercial teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry exhibitions, conferences and packaging events.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in sales or business development within packaging or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers in FMCG and industrial markets.
