Sales Manager – Saudi Talent

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across its Saudi portfolio. The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service to both transient and group customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute sales action plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain comprehensive coverage of assigned accounts, engaging managerial and departmental executives.
• Negotiate rates, prepare quotes, and secure business for both transient and group segments.
• Generate and nurture sales leads, providing market feedback on competition and trends.
• Maintain major account files and support the account management system.
• Adhere to selling strategies and maximize upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales or related field.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Proficient in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate with solid presentation abilities.
• Guest‑focused, proactive, and results‑driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
• High integrity, professionalism, and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
