Sales Manager – Smart Home & Automation Solutions

About the role

SyncN is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development across the smart home and automation market. You will lead the sales effort, build strong client and partner relationships, and contribute to revenue growth for residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end‑customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analyses.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Represent SyncN at meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
• Recruit, train and manage sales team members as the organization expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in smart home, IoT, ELV, automation, security systems or technology solutions.
• Strong network within construction, real‑estate or technology sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
