Sales Manager - Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our specialty coffee business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will leverage an established market network to drive sales growth and develop new B2B opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business targets.
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with new corporate and B2B clients.
• Build strong partnerships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and retail outlets.
• Manage the full sales cycle: pipeline, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the coffee/F&B sector within Saudi Arabia.
• Extensive network in the Saudi coffee and F&B market.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid Saudi driving licence preferred.
