Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of our sales and marketing strategies in Riyadh, driving revenue growth and market share for Tools and Solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with customer needs and ensure profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Determine annual unit and gross‑profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analysing trends.
• Establish sales objectives, forecast annual quotas, and project sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Develop and execute field sales action plans and new sales initiatives to capture key demographics.
• Monitor supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitor activity to maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing.
• Adjust selling prices based on costs, competition, and market conditions.
• Provide on‑the‑ground support to sales associates, generate leads and close deals.
• Meet with customers to understand evolving needs and assess relationship quality.
• Recruit, orient, train, coach, and discipline sales staff, and evaluate their performance.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
• Contribute to team results and collaborate across departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Saudi national.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and develop budgets.
• Experience in sales planning, market analysis and pricing strategy.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
