Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Alpha Logistics in the transportation, logistics and car‑rental sector. Based in Riyadh, the role focuses on driving sales growth, analysing market trends and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns that support sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
• Manage marketing and sales budgets, allocating resources efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing and business development within transportation, logistics or car‑rental industries.
• Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Strong leadership, team management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
