About the role
We are looking for a Sales MIS Analyst to turn sales data into clear insights using Power BI. The role supports the sales team by delivering regular reports and dashboards that track performance against targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports comparing actual performance to targets.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for key sales KPIs.
- Track and analyze sales performance, trends, and variances.
- Extract, validate, and clean sales data to ensure accuracy.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
- Automate and standardize reports to reduce manual work.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proven experience tracking and reporting on KPIs.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong Power BI skills, including building dashboards.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
