Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will identify and develop new business opportunities for Alfanar Projects, promoting its portfolio of services across infrastructure, energy, water and construction sectors. The role involves managing RFQs, preparing proposals, and building strong client relationships to convert leads into sales orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities across infrastructure and private‑sector projects.
• Promote and sell services such as Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance, O&M Support and Calibration.
• Receive, log, track and manage RFQs and customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with tendering, operations and technical teams to ensure proposal accuracy and on‑time submission.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations and supporting sales documents.
• Support technical clarifications in coordination with tender and operations teams.
• Follow up on quotations, conduct client follow‑ups and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and client databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Prepare sales presentations, company profiles and marketing collateral.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and industry events.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
