Sales Representative – B2B HVAC Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative will join the B2B Sales Team to promote and sell Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) solutions across the Saudi market. Reporting to the sales manager, the role focuses on generating new business, expanding market share and building lasting relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VRF and CAC solutions to consultants, contractors and end‑users.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers and decision‑makers.
• Prepare quotations, commercial offers and product presentations.
• Follow projects from enquiry through to closing and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and competitor activity to spot growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the HVAC sector, preferably with VRF and CAC systems.
• Solid understanding of air‑conditioning products and the project sales cycle.
• Established network with consultants, contractors and end‑users is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
