Sales Representative – Digital Branch Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to promote SEDCO’s digital branch transformation solutions in the local market. The role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales for our innovative IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects for digital branch transformation solutions.
• Set up meetings, present customized solutions, and demonstrate product value.
• Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close deals.
• Handle objections and complaints to ensure client satisfaction.
• Represent SEDCO at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet targets and client requirements.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in IT; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly enthusiastic, self‑motivated and passionate about IT sales and digital transformation.
• Own a car for field visits.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales software.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
