Sales Representative – FMCG Territory

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive growth of our FMCG and beverage portfolio across a defined territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and ensuring optimal product visibility in retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for all assigned SKUs by selling to existing and new customers.
• Expand market share through strong product availability and visibility.
• Identify and acquire new customers to increase numeric coverage.
• Monitor stock levels, expiration dates, and enforce FIFO at each outlet.
• Conduct regular route‑based visits to ensure market coverage.
• Maintain brand presence with POSM, signage, coolers, and promotional materials.
• Execute in‑store promotions, discounts, and activations.
• Take orders, collect cash or temporary credit in line with company policies.
• Gather and report competitor insights, pricing, and new product launches.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for accurate truck loading.
• Build long‑term relationships with retailers and outlets.

Required profile

• High School Certificate (HSSC); a diploma is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and apply new ideas.
• Valid light‑vehicle driving license preferred.
