Sales Representative

About the role

GT Medical is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join its field‑based team. You will promote high‑quality healthcare solutions, build lasting customer relationships, and help shape the future of medical product distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with the forecast.
• Execute sales and marketing plans within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Increase product visibility and positioning at customer locations.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and territory plans on schedule.
• Monitor product shelf life and support inventory management to reduce expiry.
• Collect and share market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Maintain long‑term relationships through regular visits and follow‑ups.
• Stay updated on product launches, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven with strong territory management and sales planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with basic reporting tools.
