Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to help grow sfere.io by acquiring B2B merchants, primarily stores using platforms such as Salla and Zid. The role is focused on outbound prospecting and building relationships with e‑commerce merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach using email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn based on a provided prospect list.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients until a response is received.
• Maintain daily updates in the CRM and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
• Share insights from demos, won or lost deals, and recurring objections to improve team performance.

Required profile

• Comfortable initiating contact via phone and messaging; outbound sales is the core activity.
• Experience selling to e‑commerce merchants is a strong plus, especially familiarity with the Salla or Zid ecosystems.
• Highly organized and able to keep a CRM clean without constant supervision.
• Fluent communicator in both Arabic and English.
• Self‑driven, capable of working independently while leveraging team support when needed.
