Sales Specialist – Inbound & Outbound Customer Engagement

About the role

The Sales Specialist will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for Fast Fit EMS Fitness, converting inquiries into memberships and sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. This position is call‑center based and focuses on meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels in Arabic and English.
• Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed memberships or sales opportunities.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Follow up with potential clients, manage leads, and document all interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates on sales campaigns and contribute to a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call centre, or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer‑handling experience.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Persuasive communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
