Sales Specialist – Lead Engagement

About the role

The Sales Specialist will focus on lead engagement for Saudi language and culture services, guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. Based in Riyadh, the role blends B2C and B2B sales, with an initial emphasis on consumer customers.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and nurture all leads generated through marketing channels at each stage of the sales pipeline.
• Deliver free trial sessions online and in‑person for prospective clients.
• Follow up with trial participants via phone, WhatsApp or email to convert them into paying customers.
• Explain pricing plans, session formats and learning outcomes to prospects.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines for both B2C and corporate clients in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.

Required profile

• Located in Riyadh.
• Fluent English with strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2C environments.
• Confident, creative and comfortable engaging with diverse nationalities.
• Interest in languages, education or cultural learning is a plus.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing company.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline management.

• Base salary plus a commission structure based on revenue and new client acquisition, with the potential to increase the base by 50 % or more.
