Sales Specialist – Real Estate (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our real‑estate team in Riyadh. The role involves promoting properties, negotiating contracts and building lasting client relationships to help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through buying or selling processes.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and targeted marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth completion of sales or lease transactions.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and conditions to secure successful deals.
• Present and showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct property tours, providing detailed information to clients.
• Monitor market trends, property values and competitor activity, reporting performance to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Goal‑oriented with strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset and decisive decision‑making capability.
