Sales Specialist – Residential Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our growing real‑estate team. You will drive residential property sales by building strong client relationships, generating new business, and meeting sales targets through both direct and indirect channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for residential properties.
• Generate leads via direct outreach, referrals, and market networking.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from inquiry to contract signing.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to spot growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure an excellent client experience.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and field visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in real‑estate or residential property sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi real‑estate market.
• Existing network of brokers, agencies, or real‑estate professionals is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
