Sales Supervisor – Food Service (Riyadh)

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food companies as a Sales Supervisor for the Food Service channel in Riyadh. You will lead a team of Sales Executives, set clear direction, and drive both individual and collective performance to meet regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives, monitoring performance and implementing development plans.
• Own overall Food Service channel performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved across the region.
• Plan and optimise sales routes, conduct market visits, and maintain detailed visit records.
• Manage regional accounts, build strong customer relationships, and support sustainable business growth.
• Analyse sales data, forecast trends, and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Plan and execute weekly product promotions, BDA activities, and communicate price changes.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Trade Marketing, Finance, IT, Logistics and other functions to ensure smooth commercial execution.
• Monitor NTEs and damages, keeping them within budget while maximising commercial benefits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards and food‑safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or sales channels, preferably as a Sales Executive.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership and people‑development abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
