Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support professional to assist our sales team in Riyadh. The role involves managing documentation, coordinating sales activities, conducting field visits to construction sites, and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to under‑construction or finishing sites, presenting Alfanar’s product range to potential customers.
• Establish and maintain trust‑based relationships with end users, electricians, contractors and other targeted groups.
• Follow up on assigned sites throughout all project stages, from foundation to finishing.
• Manage the complete sales process in line with company strategy and customer needs, coordinating with relevant departments.
• Visit locations identified by the studies department and distribute promotional materials to raise product awareness.
• Gather market and competitor information during site visits and relay it to the project sales team.
• Coordinate closely with the project sales team to ensure successful sales outcomes, especially for project‑scope customers.
