Sales Support Manager - KSA

About the role

Emirates is looking for a Sales Support Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers sales support, commercial operations, pricing and business analysis, market intelligence and process governance, enabling sales managers to focus on customer-facing work while the support function handles internal commercial execution and coordination. The position is open to candidates with the right to live and work in KSA, with possible rotation to other locations in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a central sales support unit, delivering services within agreed SLAs and improving self-service for agents' day-to-day queries
• Coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews across KSA, review account performance and build commercial KPI dashboards and performance reports
• Coordinate pricing proposals, approvals and business cases, run pricing benchmarking and fare reviews, and monitor inventory performance
• Run booking, ticketing and market share analysis, and share market intelligence and competitor updates with commercial leadership
• Administer Salesforce data quality and pipeline, manage deal filings, waivers, tenders and RFPs, and act as the main coordination point between sales, revenue management, pricing and HQ
• Manage support coverage and workload, and drive automation, SOPs and continuous improvement of service levels

Required profile

• A minimum of 3 years in the airline industry at a supervisory level managing teams of 10+ staff
• Demonstrated team leadership skills and experience
• Right to live and work in KSA

Required skills

• Working knowledge of airline industry procedures and CRS systems such as MARS, Galileo and Salesforce.com
• Thorough understanding of the Emirates network, products and Skywards programme
• Knowledge of fares and ticketing; global distribution systems and tariff/inventory systems preferred
• Communication, negotiation and influence skills
