Sales Support Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Support Supervisor will lead the development and maintenance of sales support processes, ensuring they are aligned with marketing initiatives and corporate objectives. This role is pivotal in designing reward systems, managing the CRM platform, and providing data‑driven insights to improve sales performance across alfanar Electric.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sales support protocols, processes, policies, and procedures.
• Design and implement a reward system that motivates the sales team and aligns with business goals.
• Ensure close alignment with the marketing team’s activities and campaigns.
• Manage the C4C Customer Relationship Management system, including data integrity and user support.
• Plan and execute the distribution of promotional gifts and incentives.
• Collaborate with research, customer service, and GEO marketing supervisors on satellite image planning and budget approvals.
• Conduct, publish, and analyze surveys via the C4C platform, providing actionable recommendations.
• Analyze deals, competitor activity, and customer data to support strategic decision‑making.
• Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing team members while addressing performance issues fairly.

Required profile

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing sales support staff.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting market, sales, and survey data.
• Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, research, and customer service functions.
• Ability to treat all team members equitably and enforce performance standards.
