Sales Transformation & Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Transformation & Training Manager to join Technogym’s international team. After a two‑month induction at our headquarters in Cesena, you will work closely with top management to deploy the Technogym Sales Process, analyse sales data and deliver training sessions, with the goal of building a top‑tier sales organisation in the assigned country.

Key responsibilities

• Engage the local sales force to fully adopt and deliver the Technogym Sales Process (GSN).
• Act as a trusted sales business partner to the Managing Director and Sales Director, driving sales effectiveness.
• Coordinate and deliver training and coaching sessions for the sales team.
• Coach the team on optimal use of the CRM system to ensure full utilisation.
• Map current sales processes, identify gaps, define recovery action plans and oversee execution.
• Monitor sales KPIs, conduct data analyses and translate insights into business actions.
• Define improvement actions, recovery plans and a clear roadmap for the sales organisation.
• Promote solution‑based selling focused on measurable ROI and the Total Technogym Solution.
• Conduct shadowing visits with field and telesales teams, providing feedback and action plans.
• Run monthly GSN reviews with headquarters to align globally.
