Salesperson – Riyadh

About the role

Niceone is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Salesperson to join its Riyadh team. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and representing the brand across retail and wholesale channels in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with retailers, wholesalers and key accounts throughout Riyadh.
• Present products, negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Plan daily routes, visit customers, and execute merchandising plans to maximise market coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory status and update CRM or sales systems.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback, reporting insights to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and marketing to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, retail or distribution.
• High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Riyadh.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competent use of MS Office applications.
