SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join HCL TechBee in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Employee Central module to support seamless HR operations and improve user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central module according to business requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and perform regular system audits, upgrades and patches.
• Participate in implementations for new locations or entities and integrate Employee Central with other HR and third‑party systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
