SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

About the role

The SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant will work with clients to translate business needs into a configured Learning Management System solution. You will perform fit‑gap analysis, configure the system, and ensure successful delivery of SAP SF LMS projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define business requirements and conduct fit‑gap analysis against the standard SuccessFactors LMS solution.
• Configure the LMS according to the Solution Design & Configuration Workbook and Business Blueprint.
• Lead product walkthroughs and facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops.
• Create, modify, and maintain PRD reports.
• Set up LMS administration, business rule scenarios, and Bizx connectors.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Troubleshoot issues in SAP SF LMS and provide work‑arounds or resolutions.
• Advise clients on alternative system configurations and design options.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to perform fit‑gap analysis and translate requirements into system configuration.
• Excellent learning agility and willingness to acquire new competencies quickly.
• Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering product walkthroughs and leading workshops.
