About the role
We are seeking a Security Supervisor to lead our security team at Rotana Hotels & Resorts. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, and maintaining a secure environment across all hotel premises.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and schedule a team of security guards.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor surveillance equipment, respond to breaches and coordinate emergency actions.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property.
- Collaborate with local law‑enforcement agencies during incidents.
- Investigate security events and prepare detailed reports for management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a comparable role.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Physical fitness to perform security‑related tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring systems.
